Launching Leaders Program: Campers interested in participating in the Launching Leaders Program (ages 14-16) who will be CITs and Jr. Counselors should apply here for consideration. Launching Leader program is offered at no cost. Applications are open now! Applicants will be contacted by within two weeks of submitting an application to set up an interview for this summer.
Camp Sessions:

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily- Monday-Friday with included optional overnight Thursday. Includes programming, staffing, daily lunch/snack, camper t-shirt, and Thursday night lodging plus dinner and Friday breakfast.

8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. daily- Monday-Friday, with included optional overnight Thursday and option to pay as you go for additional overnights (Mon., Tues., & Wed.). Includes programming, staffing, daily lunch/snack, camper t-shirt, and Thursday night lodging plus dinner and Friday breakfast. Additional nights of lodging plus dinner and breakfast are included with each additional paid overnight.

$450/week plus $60 for each additional night
Considering staying overnight all week? Pay in advance to stay overnight Monday-Friday for $590/week. Or choose as you go and pay by the night for $630/week.
Additional overnights added as you go, on the day of programming, are payable on Friday at check-out.

Families are invited to the closing celebration at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

Session 1 - June 24-28: Try Me Camp (with option for week of Day Camp, Overnight Camp, or blended)
Session 2 - July 1-5: Try Me Camp (with option for week of Day Camp, Overnight Camp, or blended)
Session 3 - July 7-12: Classic Overnight Camp Only
Session 4 - July 14-19: Classic Overnight Camp Only
Session 5 - July 19-21: Bridge Weekend (add-on option if attending both session 4 and 6)
Session 6 - July 21-26: Classic Overnight Camp Only
Session 7 - July 29-August 2: Day Camp Only

registration Payments:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per session is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due by June 1.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by e-mailing office@greenmountaincamp.org
Cancellations received by May 1 will receive a full refund, minus $50 processing fee (half of the deposit of $100).
Cancellations received between May 1 and at least 30 days prior to a program start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of $100.
Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to a program start date will receive a 50% refund (the non-refundable deposit of $100 is included in the 50% of fees that camp will retain).
For cancellations received within 6 days of the program start date or after the program has begun, camp will retain 100% of the program fees and no refunds will be provided except due to medical reasons.
Cancellations due to medical reasons may be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit of $100. Requests for cancellation due to medical reasons must be made by August 30, 2024 and include a doctor’s note.
Refunds will not be made for the following: No shows, late arrival, early departure, or partial program attendance. Campers who violate camp policies and are dismissed early.
